Swisstransplant is the national foundation for organ donation and transplantation. Swisstransplant is responsible for the lawful allocation of organs to recipients, on behalf of the federal office of public health. It organizes, on a national level, all activities concerning organ allocation and works closely with foreign allocation organizations.
