Contact points: Hospital or local authority
You can get help to register quickly and easily by going to a contact point, located in public buildings like hospitals or council offices. Once you have provided proof of ID (national ID card or passport), you can enter your decision in the register there and then. You will be given your data sheet, showing your decision and all the applicable conditions, to sign on the sport. A staff member at the contact point will upload the signed data sheet directly to the register.
Swisstransplant will then check that the registration is complete and confirm it, thus completing the registration process. You will be sent a confirmation by e-mail along with your login details. Should you change your mind in the future, you can change your decision online at any time, or just get back in touch with the contact point.
The following hospitals/local authorities offer a contact point:
|Montreux||Grand-Rue 73||1820 Montreux|
Would you like to run a Cube or contact point?
Swisstransplant is looking for local authorities, hospitals and other partners who would like to run Cubes or contact points for the National Organ Donor Register. All cubes and contact points must have electricity and Wi-Fi connections. Once you set up a contact point, you will receive introductory training from Swisstransplant.
The register has been set up to meet a public need. The fact it is a voluntary scheme means it can create certainty around the sensitive issue of organ donation, thus reducing the burden on both next of kin and hospital staff. Be part of this innovative project and help us to provide certainty and peace of mind on organ donation.
